Amara Wellness was born out of a deeply personal journey.
When our founder, was pregnant with her daughter, she searched for a safe and professional space in Accra that could provide prenatal massage. What she found was a clear gap—one that left many women without the specialised care they deserved.
From this need came a vision: a sanctuary where women could simply… be.
